Mental strength is a crucial key to performance, composure, and joy, not only in sports but also in everyday life and at work.
My coaching focuses on seeing you as a whole person and utilizing your individual resources. I work with an integrative approach that combines insights from sports psychology, motivation and brain research, as well as educational and psychological methods. This approach is complemented by my experience in tennis.
My services are aimed at athletes, coaches, and support staff who want to develop their own potential or that of those around them. The goal is to strengthen your ability to self-manage so that you can act in a more focused, resilient, and confident manner.

When I started playing tennis in the late 1980s, mental training was not part of player development. This aspect was always a weak point in my game, and at some point I realized that I wanted to work on it seriously. I recognized the whole range of topics and concepts that inner work entails.
Today, I cultivate an inner attitude more than ever, because I am convinced that only through this inner work can the outer form be executed and succeed.
For 10 years, I have been accompanying individuals and teams as a sparring partner and source of inspiration for topics related to mental work and transformation. Born in Switzerland in 1983, I bring my passion for sports, people, and sustainable ideas to workshops and keynote speeches.
